A business and I have 8 Workshop Units in Takanini, which we built and managed from the beginning.. About a year ago, as we are getting a little older and looking toward more playtime, we decided to look at getting a Property Manager to take over the running of the property. We interviewed four management possibilities and settled on Commercial Realty. Annalise Witteveen was our agent right from the start. We could not have found anyone better to deal with. She is on the ball, keeps us up to date with what is going on, and deals with any problems ASAP! We should have done it years ago..

I want to thank David Turner for the efforts of his team in helping to arrange a premise at such short notice, and the subsequent management of the remedial works required by ourselves to enable completion of a lease agreement.

The efforts the team went to in order to ascertain our needs and identify suitable premises to meet some challenging criteria, and management of the needs from both a landlord and tenant perspective, were notable. The support and response of the team have been fantastic.

Commercial Realty has been working with me for several years, both leasing and setting rent reviews with tenants, for our portfolio of commercial buildings. David’s professional assistance and approach has been exemplary in all ways. He works very hard to match a landlord’s needs with a suitable tenant, maintaining good communication between both parties. Whenever there becomes a need for more information from either party, David makes it a priority.

We first met David Turner from Commercial Realty in 1997 where we bought, and a few years later sold, a unit situated in Highbrook. Since then, TVH have bought two more units through David and have also leased another warehouse in the same block. David also sold both these units, 8 years later.

More recently David was instrumental in helping TVH with a large design build project in Lady Ruby Drive, East Tamaki. We have found David to be of good character and honest with his knowledge in the East Tamaki Industrial market. We would have no hesitations to recommend or have further dealing with David and the team at Commercial Realty.

Just a short note to thank the team at Commercial Realty for bringing the sales to fruition. More specifically, please convey my thanks to Adam Ward. I found Adam to be an outstanding young man. He is patient but dogged, has excellent listening skills but knows when to make a point, And above all, he is sincere and forthright – qualities I particularly admire.

Jesh possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent agent. He knows his market extremely well; he is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with his clients. Jesh is both very professional and personable. He clearly takes pride in doing a good job. In my particular case, as a lessor of my premises, there were many rough spots on the road to closing, and in every instance Jesh was a great help.

Mark was involved in the sale of our property at 9 Diversey Lane in Wiri, Auckland.

After putting in place an effective sales and marketing plan, and also utilising his existing pool of investors, we were presented with multiple offers close to our expectations. On further negotiations, Mark managed to convince the buyer to increase their price to a level at which we all agreed. The sale was complicated by the existing tenants first right of renewal to buy. Mark managed this relationship and the other buyer’s expectations with complete professionalism and ensured there was complete transparency throughout the process which was in everyone’s interest and paramount to a successful outcome. Eventually the tenant purchased the property for which we were very happy with the result.

My property is somewhat tricky to lease as it is a small Live/work commercial property, this combined with a sluggish market at the time proved to be challenging. But this did not deter Daniel, he came up with a marketing plan and stuck with it, being resolute in his belief that a good quality tenant would come along and pay the asking rent. After managing our commercial property for six years, we had reached breaking point with a difficult tenant that owed us a considerable amount of money.

We have been dealing with Adam Ward and we would like to share our experience with you. He truly is an asset to your company. We haven’t met such an honest and patient real estate agent.
