Where It All Began For Us

Back in 1989, Commercial Realty started with a team of three and a shared passion for commercial real estate.

There was no grand plan, just a focus on building trusted relationships and helping people achieve their goals. It worked. Clients stayed, and they told others and that loyalty is what shaped the next chapter of the business. Over time, those same clients began asking if we could manage their properties too, and in 2015, we added a property management arm, built on the same values that got us here.

Today, our team has grown to 14, spanning across sales, leasing, and property management. Despite our growth, we’ve stayed humble and continue to operate from the same building where it all began, keeping a level of personal service that the bigger agencies can’t match.
